肿瘤是当今人类生命健康的最主要威胁之一,严重影响患者寿命和生活质量的同时也给家庭和社会带来了沉重的负担。针灸作为一种基于经络腧穴理论的外治手段,可以扶正祛邪、调气和血,不仅能够对病变进行局部干预,更能有效调整患者的整体气血状态,在肿瘤防治中发挥着全疗程、多靶点的综合作用。本文从针灸防治肿瘤的历史、现状和未来的角度,回顾总结并展望了针灸在肿瘤防治中的应用与研究。

Cancer is one of the most important threats to human life and health today,which seriously affects the life expectancy and quality of life of patients,and brings a heavy burden on patients’family and the society.As an external treatment based on the theory of meridians and acupoints,acupuncture and moxibustion can support healthy qi and eliminate pathogens,and regulate qi and blood.For the therapy can not only treat local affection,but also effectively regulate the overall qi and blood status of the patients,acupuncture and moxibustion bring g a comprehensive role in the prevention and treatment of tumors throughout the course of treatment and by multiple targets.This paper reviewed the application and research of acupuncture and moxibustion in tumor prevention and treatment from the perspective of the history,current situation and future.
