从脾虚阴火论治乳腺癌相关类更年期综合征经验浅谈

Discussion on the Treatment of Breast Cancer Associated Menopausal Syndrome-like Syndrome from the Perspective of Spleen Deficiency with Yin-fire

激素受体阳性型乳腺癌患者在内分泌治疗过程中常并发类更年期综合征,田华琴认为类更年期综合征的关键病机为脾胃内伤,气血不足,升降失调,发为阴火,治疗可从脾虚阴火论治,以补脾胃为核心,调畅气机、升阳散火为主。

Breast cancer patients with estrogen receptor positive often suffer from the menopausal syndrome-like syndrome during the period of endocrine therapy.Professor TIAN Hua-qin believes that the key pathogenesis of menopausal syndrome-like syndrome is due to the injury of spleen and stomach,which causes the insufficiency of qi and blood and the imbalance of ascending and descending,and then results into the yin-fire.The treatment for menopausal syndrome-like syndrome with Chinese medicine can be achieved from the perspective of the pathogenesis of spleen deficiency with yin-fire,and the therapies of invigorating spleen and stomach,regulating qi movement,raising yang qi and dispersing fire are recommended.
