摘要
“分消走泄”法源于《温热论》,是指利用流动走窜之品,分道消散湿热邪气的一种治法,主治邪热与痰湿弥漫三焦的病症。本文通过分析脑胶质瘤病因病机及分消走泄法基本含义,总结王晞星教授应用其代表方剂温胆汤为底方,辨证加减论治脑胶质瘤的临床经验。
The method of respectively expelling evils from triple energizer originates from Wen Re Lun(Treatise on Epidemic Febrile Diseases),which refers to the therapy by using mobile and penetrating herbs to respectively expelling the damp-heat evils from triple energizer and is indicated for the diseases caused by the permeation of evil heat and phlegm dampness in the triple energizer.In this article,the etiology and pathogenesis of brain glioma and the definition of method of respectively expelling evils from triple energizer were analyzed,and the clinical experience of WANG Xi-xing in treating brain glioma with Wendan Decoction as the basic recipe through syndrome differentiation and treatment.
