顶底复吹转炉耳轴区炉衬维护技术与应用

摘要 针对马钢65 t顶底复吹转炉耳轴区炉衬侵蚀部位实际生产过程中,由于受补炉砖质量以及尺寸大小、贴砖方式、烧结时间长短、以及贴砖维护后第一炉废钢加入造成的机械冲刷等综合因素的影响,使得贴补后的补炉砖容易脱落,致使耳轴区炉衬侵蚀部位维护效果差的难题,通过研究转炉耳轴区炉衬侵蚀原因,制作了专用维护装置,创新性地提出了“贴砖+喷补”的具体维护措施,有效解决了现有技术中,贴补后的补炉砖容易脱落,进而影响转炉耳轴区炉衬侵蚀部位维护效果的问题。生产实践表明:与传统湿法喷补维护工艺相比,“贴砖+喷补”维护炉次冶炼炉数可以增加48~50炉/次,因相对减少了喷补频次,降低操作人员劳动强度的同时,年可节约耐材0.09~0.11 kg/t。 In view of the actual production process of the eroded part of the lining in the trunnion area of Ma Steel′s 65 t top and bottom combined blowing converter,due to the comprehensive factors such as the quality and size of the patching bricks,the method of patching bricks,the length of sintering time,and the mechanical erosion caused by the addition of the first furnace scrap after the patching maintenance,the patched patching bricks are easy to fall off,resulting in the poor maintenance effect of the eroded part of the lining in the trunnion area,By studying the causes of lining erosion in converter trunnion area,a special maintenance device was made,and the specific maintenance measures of"tiling+gunning"were innovatively put forward,which effectively solved the problem that in the existing technology,the patched repair bricks are easy to fall off,thus affecting the maintenance effect of the erosion part of converter trunnion area lining.The production practice shows that compared with the traditional wet gunning maintenance process,the number of smelting furnaces for"tiling+gunning"maintenance can be increased by 48~50 heats/time.As the frequency of gunning is relatively reduced and the labor intensity of operators is reduced,0.09~0.11 kg/t of refractory can be saved annually.
