安塞油田硫化氢成因分析与综合治理技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 为解决生产过程硫化氢气体产生和逸散的问题,减少人身、环境危害,以张渠区块为重点,进行系列管控措施试验研究。基于开发过程硫化氢分布特征的解析,开展井下治理、地面工艺完善等相关控制技术研究,重点验证抗硫缓蚀剂、硫化氢抑制剂的应用效果。经过治理站点硫化氢含量小于5 mg/m3,综合利用率达到98%。 In order to solve the production and escape problem of hydrogen sulfide gas in the production process, and reducing personal and environmental hazards, a series of control measures were tested and studied focusing on Zhangqu block. Based on the analysis of the distribution characteristics of hydrogen sulfide in the development process, the research on relevant control technologies such as downhole treatment and surface process improvement were conducted. And the application effect of anti-sulfur corrosion inhibitor and hydrogen sulfide inhibitor were mainly verified. After treatment, the hydrogen sulfide content of the station was less than 5 mg/m~3,and the comprehensive utilization rate reached 98%.
