摘要 羟基自由基(·OH)是活跃性最强的氧分子,是一种重要的活性氧化剂,具有寿命短、浓度低等特点,是自然界中氧化能力仅次于氟的氧化剂,·OH能与有机物或无机物发生不同类型的反应,其氧化能力超过普通的化学氧化剂。文章介绍了·OH的氧化机理、性质及检测方法,并且分析了电子自旋共振法测定·OH的应用情况。 Hydroxyl radical(·OH) is the most active oxygen molecule, and is an important active oxidant with the characteristics of short life and low concentration. It can have different types of chemical reactions with organic substances or inorganic substances. Its oxidation ability is just lower than that of fluorine in nature, but is higher than that of other ordinary chemical oxidants. In this paper, the oxidation mechanism, properties and detection methods of hydroxyl radical(·OH) were introduced. And the application of electron spin resonance method in the determination of hydroxyl radical was analyzed.
