Exploration on the Management of Oily Sludge Pollution Prevention and Control in Oil and Gas Fields

含油污泥是油气田勘探开发过程中产生的主要危险废物之一,具有点多、分散、总量大等特点,又因其产生环节和地域不同其成分有所不同,造成处理效果有较大差异。如何做好含油污泥从产生、贮存、转移、处置及利用全过程管理一直是油气田企业危险废物管理的重点和难点,文章从技术和管理两个层面总结了含油污泥处理实践效果与难点和侧重点,旨在为陆上油气田企业含油污泥处置与管理提供参考。

Oily sludge is the main hazardous waste generated during the exploration and development of oil and gas fields, which has the characteristics of multiple points, dispersion and a large total amount. And its composition is various because of different production links and regions, thus resulting in a large difference in treatment effects. How to manage the whole process for oily sludge from generation, storage, transfer, disposal and utilization has always been the focus and difficulty of hazardous waste management in oil and gas field enterprises. This paper summarized the practical effects, difficulties and emphases of oily sludge treatment from technical and management aspects, aiming to provide reference for disposal and management of the oily sludge in onshore oil and gas field enterprises.
