针灸治疗脊髓损伤的CiteSpace知识图谱可视化分析

Visualization Analysis on CiteSpace Knowledge Graph of SCI Treated by Acupuncture and Moxibustion

目的:分析1984年—2022年针灸治疗脊髓损伤的研究,总结该领域的研究方向和知识结构。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)中关于针灸治疗脊髓损伤的文献,利用CiteSpace软件对作者、研究机构和关键词绘制相关知识图谱进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入文献484篇,近20年来针灸治疗脊髓损伤领域的年发文量呈上升-回落交替的趋势;各位作者发文量普遍较低,形成了以李晓宁、胡湘明与张泓为主导的核心团队。研究机构以黑龙江中医药大学、黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院和北京中医药大学为主;各机构间合作以地域聚集为主,跨地域的科研机构合作尚少。关键词共线分析发现400个关键词,聚类分析分别形成了20个具有代表性的聚类;“脊髓损伤”“针灸”“针刺”为高频关键词,“电针”为最大聚类。结论:针灸治疗脊髓损伤的研究热点主要在脊髓损伤、针灸、脊髓损伤后尿潴留、康复治疗以及辨证选穴,热点趋向于康复治疗以及辨证取穴。该领域需要增进影响力强的作者之间的相互交流,加强多中心合作,完善相关的基础研究。

Objective:To analyze the studies of acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of spinal cord injury(SCI)from 1984 to 2022,and to summarize the research trend and knowledge structure in this field.Methods:The literature about acupuncture and moxibustion treating SCI were searched from CNKI,and the related knowledge graphs of authors,research institutions and keywords were visually analyzed by CiteSpace software.Results:A total of 484 articles were included.In the past 20 years,the annual volume of articles in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion treating SCI showed an alternating trend of rising and falling,and the number of articles published by the same author was generally low.A core team led by LI Xiaoning,HU Xiangming and ZHANG Hong was formed.The main research institutions included Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,The Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.The cooperation among various institutions was featured by regional aggregation,whereas there was little cooperation among cross-regional scientific research institutions;keywords collinear analysis found 400 key words,cluster analysis formed 20 representative clusters,’SCI’,’acupuncture and moxibustion’and’acupuncture’were the keywords with high-frequency,and’electro-acupuncture’was the largest cluster.Conclusion:The research hotspots of acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of SCI mainly focus on SCI,acupuncture and moxibustion,urine retention after SCI,rehabilitation treatment and acupoints selection based on syndrome differentiation;especially the last two were the main trends.This field needs to enhance communication between influential authors,strengthen polycentric cooperation,and improve relevant basic research.
