党的十八大以来,习近平总书记在与大学生的书信互动中从多方面提到就业相关问题,形成了有关大学生就业的重要论述。通过对回信文本的研究,明晰习近平总书记高度重视大学生就业的现实缘由,挖掘习近平总书记回信中关于就业重要论述在守正创新马克思主义就业理论、指明大学生就业目标方向、阐明高校就业工作行动纲领方面的价值意蕴,从实践维度深入践行习近平总书记聚焦关键环节、坚持发展道路、开拓重点领域的指向,能够有力推动高校育人工作和大学生就业工作提质增效。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping has mentioned employment-related issues from many aspects in the letter interaction with college students, forming an important discussion on the employment of college students. Through the study of the text of the reply, this paper clarifies the realistic reasons why the General Secretary attaches great importance to the employment of college students, and excavates the value implication of the important exposition on employment in the General Secretary’s reply in maintaining the positive innovation in the Marxist employment theory, pointing out the direction of the employment goal of college students, and clarifying the value implication of the action program of employment in colleges and universities. From the practical dimension, we can deeply practice the General Secretary’s focus on key links, adhere to the development path, and open up the direction of key areas, which can effectively promote the quality and efficiency of college education and college students’ employment.
