甘肃省旅游人才队伍建设的调查与思考

Investigation and Reflection on the Construction of Tourism Talent Team in Gansu Province

培育和建设一支数量足够、结构合理、切合需求的高素质旅游人才队伍是发展旅游业的关键。本研究以甘肃省旅游人才队伍建设为切入点,运用文献研究、实地访谈、座谈研讨、问卷调查等方法,从甘肃省旅游人才队伍现状以及高校旅游人才的教育和培养入手,结合甘肃省旅游行业发展的基本情况,分析甘肃省旅游人才队伍建设中存在的困难和问题,提出了加强顶层设计,推进制度创新,整体推进旅游人才建设;深化校企合作,学历教育和在职培训并重,创新培养内容及方法;多措并举,加强引进交流,进一步完善文旅高端智库等几点具有可行性的建议。

It is the key to develop tourism industry to cultivate and construct a high-quality tourism talent team with sufficient quantity, reasonable structure and suitable demand. This paper takes the construction of tourism talents in Gansu Province as the breakthrough point, and uses literature research, field interviews, seminars, questionnaires and other methods to analyze the difficulties and problems in the construction of tourism talents in Gansu Province, starting from the current situation of tourism talents in Gansu Province and the education and training of tourism talents in colleges and universities, combined with the basic situation of the development of tourism industry in Gansu Province, and puts forward some feasible suggestions that the top-level design be strengthened, institutional innovation and the overall construction of tourism talents promoted, school-enterprise cooperation deepened, equal attention to academic education and on-the-job training paid, training contents and methods innovated, and multiple measures taken to strengthen the introduction of exchanges to further improve the cultural and tourism high-end think tank and so on.
