32排多层螺旋CT与彩超对卵巢良性囊性病变的诊断价值比较

Comparison of diagnostic value of 32 multi-slice spiral CT and color doppler ultrasound in benign cystic lesions of ovary

目的比较32排多层螺旋CT(32-MSCT)与彩色多普勒超声(CDUS)诊断卵巢良性囊性病变的临床价值。方法回顾经我院手术及病理证实的120例卵巢良性囊性病变患者临床资料,分析并比较其32-MSCT与CDUS对患者病变类型及病灶数的诊断情况。结果病理结果显示,120例卵巢良性囊性病变患者中包含卵巢囊肿35例、浆液性囊腺瘤31例、黏液性囊腺瘤28例、成熟畸胎瘤11例、黄素化卵泡膜囊肿8例、巧克力囊肿7例;32-MSCT诊断卵巢良性囊性病变的准确性(92.50%)高于CDUS(82.50%),对病灶数的诊断准确性(93.21%)高于CDUS(85.19%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论32-MSCT在卵巢良性囊性病变及病灶数目的诊断方面均优于CDUS。

Objective To compare the clinical value of 32 multi-slice spiral CT(32-MSCT)and color doppler ultrasound(CDUS)in the diagnosis of benign cystic lesions of ovary.Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with benign ovarian cystic lesions confirmed by surgery and pathology in our hospital were reviewed.The performance of 32-MSCT and CDUS in the diagnosis of lesion types and number of lesions of patients were analyzed and compared.Results The pathological results showed that among the 120 patients with benign ovarian cystic lesions,there were 35 ovarian cysts,31 serous cystadenomas,28 mucinous cystadenomas,11 mature teratomas,8 luteinized theca cysts and 7 chocolate cysts.The accuracy of 32-MSCT in diagnosing benign cystic lesions of ovary(92.50%)was higher than that of CDUS(82.50%),the diagnostic accuracy of the number of lesions(93.21%)was higher than that of CDUS(85.19%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions 32-MSCT is superior to CDUS in the diagnosis of benign cystic lesions of ovary and the number of lesions.
