摘要
为研究低强度超声波对无机废水中好氧颗粒污泥(AGS)氨氧化性能及稳定性的影响。以异养AGS为种泥,前30 d观察到大面积AGS破碎,随着污泥浓度(MLSS)及胞外聚合物(EPS)的减小,NH4+-N去除率不足60%。31~60 d内通过原位超声波强化AGS的短程硝化性能,反应器内颗粒碎片逐渐长大,絮体污泥迅速减少,60 d时反应器内充满致密颗粒。污泥体积指数,MLSS,EPS及平均粒径逐渐趋于稳定。NH4+-N去除率迅速增至98%以上,NAR稳定在85%以上,硝化细菌比耗氧速率及氨氧化速率均远大于异养菌比耗氧速率及亚硝酸盐氧化速率。
The effects of low intensity ultrasonic wave on the ammonia oxidation performance and stability of aerobic granular sludge(AGS)in inorganic wastewater were investigated.With heterotrophic AGS as the seed sludge,the breakage of a lot of AGS was observed in the former 30 days,and the decrease in sludge concentration(MLSS)and extracellular polymeric substance(EPS)was also monitored,and the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen was less than 60%.The partial nitrification performance of AGS was enhanced by in situ ultrasonic wave in days 31~60.During this period,the granular debris in the reactor gradually grew bigger,the massive proportion of flocs decreased rapidly.The reactor was filled with dense granules on day 60.The sludge volume index,MLSS,EPS and average particle size gradually tended to be stable.The ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency rapidly increased to more than 98%,and NAR was always greater than 85%.The specific oxygen uptake rate and ammonia oxidation rate of nitrifying bacteria were much higher than those of heterotrophic bacteria.
