阴极结构要素对叶片前后缘电解加工精度的影响研究

摘要 为探究阴极结构设计要素对叶片前后缘电解加工精度的影响,基于前后缘圆角半径和轮廓余量大小设计了圆形中分阴极结构,结合前期工艺试验确定了前后缘阴极半径和阴极圆心与前后缘圆心的竖直高度为加工精度的阴极结构要素,通过电场仿真分析和工艺试验进行了验证。结果表明,合理调整阴极结构要素可有效改善叶片前后缘处电场分布均匀性与前后缘电解加工精度,优选阴极结构要素后的叶片前后缘加工精度可达±0.04 mm。 In order to explore the influence of cathode structure design elements on the precision of electrochemical machining of the leading and trailing edges of blades,a circular center-split cathode structure was designed based on the radius of the leading and trailing edges and the size of the contour allowance. Combined with the previous tests,the cathode structure elements of machining precision were determined as the cathode radius of the leading and trailing edges and the vertical height between the cathode center and the center of the leading and trailing edges,and the opinion were verified through electric field simulation analysis and process tests. The result showed that the reasonable adjustment of cathode structure elements can effectively improve the uniformity of electric field distribution at the front and rear edges of the blade and the precision of electrochemical machining of the edges. After the optimization of cathode structure elements,the precision of the front and rear edges of the blade can reach ±0.04 mm.
