摘要
介绍了河南金大地化工有限责任公司四期项目中晋华炉气化装置概况、气化炉的优化改进、原始开车试运行出现的问题和解决措施等,结果表明:该项目继续采用带废锅型式晋华炉3.0装置,气化设计压力6.5MPa(g),投煤量1 500t/d,运行数据优于设计值,经济效益明显。
The paper gives a profile of Jinhua gasifier in Phase Ⅳ Project of Henan Jindadi Chemical Co.,Ltd.,introducing its optimization and improvement, as well as the problems emerging in the original trial run and countermeasures.The results show that Jinhua Gasifier 3.0 unit with waste heat boiler was adopted, which had a designed gasification pressure of 6.5MPa(g)and daily coal feed volume of 1500t/d.Such operating indexes are better than the designed values, revealing substantial economic benefits of the project.
