外交活动向来是一种足以挽救家国命运的大事项,足球则是一种带动国民精神的至高无上的游戏形态,两者的结合则构建出一种由足球活动主导的外交新形态。足球外交属于非传统外交的主要组成部分,其主体媒介以及主要话题皆为足球,其主体性的策动者也是通晓足球的人士。中国的足球外交在2013年至2018年取得了举世瞩目的效果。这样的足球外交已然成为世界外交史上的重要构件,其在中国语境内的价值也显而易见,它属于继1971年的乒乓外交、2008年的北京奥运会外交之后的第三种外交成功的范例。足球带有人类群体游戏特有的互动性,属于极易辨析的身体语汇,带有无障碍的沟通与交际功能。中国足球外交的主要工作对象是欧洲和美洲国家,这便极易改善中国与西方国家的关系。足球为当今世界的强力游戏,它也极易助力完成一种互信仪式,并有效地化解西方人对中国的刻板印象。足球的务虚性在于其高强度的精神含量,足球的务实性在外交领域也有体现。中国足球外交的文化肌理亦展示于此。
The diplomatic activities have always been a major event enough to save the fate of the country.Football is a supreme game form that drives the national spirit.The combination of the two constructs a new diplomatic form dominated by football activities.Football diplomacy is the main part of non-traditional diplomacy.Its main media and main topics are football,and its subjective instigators are also people who know football well.The Chineses football diplomacy achieved remarkable results from 2013 to 2018.Such football diplomacy has become an important component in the history of world diplomacy,and its value in Chinese is also obvious.It belongs to the third successful example of diplomacy after ping pong diplomacy in 1971 and Beijing Olympic Games diplomacy in 2008.Football has the unique interaction of human group games.It belongs to an easily discriminated body vocabulary and has the function of barrier free communication and social intercourse.The main targets of the Chineses football diplomacy are European and American countries,which is very easy to improve the relationship between China and Western countries.The football is a powerful game in today’s world.It is also very easy to help complete a mutual trust ceremony and effectively resolve the stereotype of Westerners on China.The retreat of football lies in its high-intensity spiritual content,and the pragmatism of football is also reflected in the diplomatic field.The cultural texture of the Chineses football diplomacy is also displayed here.
