基于SAPH440热轧酸洗材料汽车副车架上片成形优化分析

摘要 介绍汽车副车架上片使用SAPH440热轧酸洗材料的原因,并通过CAE仿真软件进行冲压模拟分析,判断引起成形零件开裂、起皱的因素,采取相应的措施改善冲压成形性问题,以获得合格零件,为热轧酸洗材料在汽车行业中的实际应用提供参考。 The reasons of using SAPH440 hot-rolled pickling material on the upper sheet of automobile subframe was introduced,and the stamping simulation was analyzed by CAE simulation software to judge the factors causing cracking and wrinkling of formed parts,the corresponding measures were taken to improve the stamping formability in order to obtain qualified parts,which could provide reference for the practical application of hot rolling pickling materials in automobile industry.
