摘要
从制件造型、结构设计、工艺排布方案、模具结构设计、模具零件加工策略及装配调试等方面阐述了翼子板门轴侧棱线不顺问题产生的原因,并结合实例,分析翼子板模具开发各阶段关键技术要求以及制件设计时如何规避棱线不顺问题,为解决类似问题提供参考。
The causes of unsmooth door axle side characteristic line on wing were expounded from the aspects of part modeling,structural design,process layout scheme,die structure design,die part machining strategy and assembly and debugging.And combined with the example,the key requirements of each stage of wing die development and the means of avoiding the unsmooth characteristic line in the part design were analyzed,which provided reference for solving similar problems.
