摘要 模具制造商与主机厂就两款车型稳定杆加强板开展同步开发工作,先将原零件结构进行优化,在保留冲压工序及模具主体结构不变的前提下,采用过拉深和分步成形工艺完成原零件的冲压工艺优化及模具改制。在新开发的稳定杆加强板冲压工艺设计中,过拉深与分步成形工艺、拉深毛坯形状尺寸及其工艺孔的优化设计改善了零件的成形性;采用整形和翻边复合成形工艺节省了原工艺中的局部精修边工序;优化修边工序的冲压方向避免了陡峭立切所产生的冲裁毛刺,新开发的零件质量和生产效益得到整体提升。 The die manufacture and main engint factory arried out synchronons development work on the stablizor bar stiffening plure of two car,the destructure of the original parts would be optimized first,under the premise of keeping the stamping process and the unchanged die main structure,the stamping process optimization and die restructuring of the original parts were completed by over drawing and step forming process.In the newly developed stamping process design of stabilizer bar stiffening plate,the formability of the parts was improved by the optimization design of the over drawing and step forming process,shape and size of drawing blank and process holes.The combined forming process of sizing and flanging saved the local finish trimming process of the original process,the stamping direction of trimming process was optimized to avoid the blanking burr caused by steep vertical cutting,which overall improved quality and production efficiency of newly developed.
