摘要 对带有金属嵌件的塑件在成型过程中常见缺陷问题进行分析,考虑熔体对嵌件的冲击,预测最佳进浇浇口位置,并借助Moldflow软件分别模拟浇口的注射压力,选择较小压力的浇口位置,以满足模具设计要求。经过分析可知,Moldflow对注射前期分析有重要作用,可以帮助设计者更好地设计模具,提高塑件成型质量,减少后期修改模具的工作量,节省模具制造成本。 Through the analysis of the common defects of plastic parts with metal inserts in the moulding process,considering the impact of melt on the inserts,the optimal gating gate location was predicted,and the injection pressure of the gate was simulated by Moldflow software,the gate location with low pressure was selected to meat the mould design requirements.It could be seen from the analysis that Moldflow played an important role in the early injection analysis,which could help designers better design the mould,improve the moulding quality of plastic parts,reduce the workload of later mould modification,and save the mould manufacturing cost.
