党的历史主动精神以唯物史观为理论基础,是党在变局中自觉能动地开新局、谋新篇,为人民谋福祉的珍贵品格。党的历史主动精神融会于党的百年奋斗征程中,在不同历史时期彰显着不同精神风貌,其辩证特征主要表现为:问题导向与使命追寻相统一、守正与创新相统一、规律性与自觉性相统一、党的领导与人民首创精神相统一。面向第二个百年奋斗目标,矢志民族复兴大业,通过坚持以马克思主义为指导的中国特色社会主义道路,矢志中华民族伟大复兴的使命担当,团结和依靠人民群众,激发创新创造精神,从而汲取更为主动的精神力量建功新时代。

The Party’s spirit of historical initiative, based on the materialistic view of history, is the precious character of the Party to consciously and dynamically open up a new situation in the midst of changes, to seek a new chapter and to work for the well-being of the people. The spirit of the Party’s historical initiative is fused in the Party’s century-long struggle,manifesting different spiritual styles in different historical periods. Its dialectical characteristics are mainly manifested as follows: unity of problem orientation and mission pursuit, unity of righteousness and innovation, unity of regularity and consciousness, unity of the Party’s leadership and the people’s spirit of initiative. Facing the second hundred-year goal and aiming at the national rejuvenation, the Party is committed to the socialist road with Chinese characteristics guided by Marxism, to the mission of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, to unite and rely on the people, and to stimulate the spirit of innovation and creativity, so as to draw more active spiritual strength to build a new era.
