摘要
为规范铁路站房用装配式支吊架测试检测方法,总结装配式支吊架行业发展的现状,梳理与支吊架相关的检测标准。选取有代表性的国内标准GB/T 38053—2019和欧盟标准EAD 280016-00-0602进行测试对比,分析管夹抗拉拔性能、角连接件承载力、槽钢螺母防滑性能这3项关键项目中检测过程的差异,对比测试数据提出了科学的支吊架检测加载速度和加载图示,研究结果可为后续装配式支吊架设计及检测标准的修订、铁路站房用装配式支吊架的检测标准编制提供理论支撑。
In order to standardize the testing methods of prefabricated supports and hangers for railway station buildings,the development status and the related standards of supports and hangers were summarized.The representative domestic standard GB/T 38053—2019 and European standard EAD 280016-00-0602 were selected for testing and comparation,and the differences in testing processes in three key items,namely,bearing capacity of corner connectors,drawing performance of pipe clamps and antiskid performance of channel nuts were analyzed.By comparing the test data,the loading speed and loading diagram of support and hanger testing were put forward.The research results can provide theoretical support for the subsequent design and revision of testing standards of prefabricated support and hanger,and provide a preparation of testing standards of prefabricated support and hanger for railway station buildings.
