摘要
言说,在现代汉语中泛指一般谈论、说话或指说出的话,其本身既有口语交流和信息传递的意义,又有宣教和宣传的意味。在传统媒体当中,主播的价值即主要在于以一种人格化和类人际传播的方式实现媒体向受众更好地言说。AI(人工智能)技术本是用来改善这种传播的技术工具,但同时也带来了人的主体性危机。从“异化”的理论视角,通过对10位不同程度触达和接受AI合成主播产品的受众进行深度访谈,可深入研究受众感知AI合成主播的“言说”过程,探析其可能遇到的三重困境,以批判性地考察AI合成主播的传播效能。
Articulation has the meanings of oral expression and message transmission, as well as preaching and propaganda in Buddhism.Artificial intelligence(AI) synthesis technology is a technical tool to improve communication, but it causes a crisis of human subjectivity.This paper introduces alienation theory’s perspective and conducts in-depth interviews with ten audiences who have reached and received AI synthetic anchor products at various levels, and analyzes the triple dilemma that AI synthetic anchors may face by deeply studying the process of audience perception of Articulation to critique the communication effectiveness of AI synthetic anchors.
