理论、实践的混与融:我国媒体型智库研究述评

The Blending of Theory and Practice:A Review of the Research on Media-Based Think Tanks in China

[目的/意义]厘清我国媒体型智库的研究脉络和重点领域,围绕前沿领域代表性的观点,归纳当前媒体型智库理论、实践中的混融现状,推动媒体与智库的双向融通。[方法/过程]在广泛阅读国内相关文献的基础上,从研究缘起、理论核心、政策研究、建设转型以及国际发展五个方面,分析凝练了媒体型智库的重点研究领域,解析代表性观点,总结取得的成绩与存在的不足之处。[结果/结论]研究发现,目前关于媒体型智库的研究处于理论、实践“混合”的阶段,但距离深入“融合”的目标还有沟壑。未来研究要凝聚共识,打破并融通学科、学说、学者、机构和话语对媒体型智库理论构建和实践建设中的壁垒,从媒体研究和智库研究等母体中孕育出独立的媒体型智库理论和实践创新体系,完成从“拿来”到“内生”的跨越,实现从“混合”到“融合”的转变。

[Purpose/significance]In order to promote the two-way integration of media and think tanks,the research clarifies the research context and key research areas of media-based think tanks in China,sorts out representative viewpoints around the frontier key development areas,generalizes the current status of the integration of media-based think tanks theory and practice.[Method/process]On the basis of extensive reading of relevant domestic literature,this paper analyzes and condenses the key research areas of media-based think tanks from five aspects:research origin,theoretical core,policy research,construction transformation,and international development,analyzes representative views,and summarizes the achievements and deficiencies exist.[Result/conclusion]The study finds that the current research on media-based think tanks is in the stage of“mixing”of theory and practice,but there are still gaps in the goal of in-depth integration of“integration”.Future research must build consensus,break down and integrate the barriers between disciplines,theories,scholars,institutions and discourses to the theoretical construction and practical construction of media-based think tanks,nurture independent media-based think tank theoretical and practical innovation system from the matrix of media research and think tank research,complete the leap from“bringing”to“endogenous”,and realize the transition from“mixing”to“integration”.
