泰安地区3270例0~12岁儿童血清维生素D水平及相关影响因素分析

摘要 目的为了解泰安地区0~12岁儿童血清25-羟基维生素D水平及营养情况,进一步探讨维生素D缺乏和不足的相关影响因素,为科学指导本地区防治维生素D缺乏提供理论依据。方法选取2020年4月—2021年4月于泰安市中心医院进行体检的0~12岁健康儿童3270例为研究对象,用免疫发光法检测并收集所有研究对象血清维生素D水平,比较维生素D水平,进一步对影响维生素D水平的相关因素进行统计分析。结果3270例儿童维生素D平均水平为(32.58±15.91)ng/mL,最低值为3 ng/mL,最高值为70 ng/mL,无过量者。维生素D缺乏率为10.16%,维生素D不足率为14.31%。6岁及以上的儿童维生素D缺乏严重,冬春季节儿童体内维生素D水平低于夏秋季节。结论泰安地区维生素D缺乏和不足的问题普遍存在,年龄和季节是本地区维生素D缺乏和不足的影响因素。应依据个体水平和指南合理补充维生素D,保证儿童的健康成长。 Objective To investigate the current prevalence of vitamin D defi ciency and insuffi ciency among children aged 0-12 years in Tai'an area,In order to provide scientifi c basis for the development of targeted and eff ective strategies and measures for the control of vitamin D defi ciency in children.Methods Data were extracted from healthy children who vistid the Taian City Central Hospital from April 2020 to April 2021.A total of 3270 children aged 0-12 years were randomly selected.The levels of vitamin D were detected and compared.Results The average level of vitamin D in 3270 children was(32.58±15.91)ng/mL,the lowest value was 3 ng/mL,the highest value was 70 ng/mL.The vitamin D defi ciency rate was 10.16%,the insuffi ciency rate was 14.31%.Children aged 6 and over were severely defi cient in vitamin D,and the vitamin D levels in winter and spring were lower than those in summer and autumn.Conclusion Vitamin D defi ciency and insuffi ciency are common in Taian area.In univariate analysis and logistic regression analysis,Age and seasons were influencing factors of vitamin D deficiency.Eff ective prevention should be carried out to guideline vitamin D supplementation.
