半夏生长环境信息监测系统设计

摘要 半夏在中草药行业中具有重要地位,对于生长环境要求较高,当前半夏生长环境信息获取手段较为单一,产量受外界因素干扰较大。为提高半夏种植产量和效益,设计了半夏生长环境信息监测和重要参数预警系统,通过LabVIEW软件中VISA串口通信模块将传感器信息传输到上位机监测界面,实现了半夏生长过程中土壤温湿度、酸碱度,大气温湿度等参数的实时监测和预警,确保半夏生长环境各参数处于较优范围内。利用软件网络发布功能实现了监测系统的局域网远程控制。试验结果表明,上位机系统能够对半夏生长环境各参数及时准确显示,性能稳定。 Pinellia plays an important role in the Chinese herbal medicine industry,which has high requirements for the growth environment.At present,the means of obtaining the growth environment information of Pinellia is relatively simple,and the yield is greatly interfered by external factors.For improving Pinellia tuber yield and benefit,Pinellia tuber growth environmental information monitoring and warning system is designed.Through the VISA serial port communication module in LabVIEW software,the sensor information is transmitted to the upper computer monitoring interface,which realizes the real-time monitoring and early warning of soil temperature and humidity,pH,atmospheric temperature and humidity and other parameters during the growth process of Pinellia,ensuring that all parameters in the growth environment of Pinellia are in a superior range.The LAN remote control of the monitoring system is realized by using the function of software network release.The results show that the upper machine system can display the parameters of the growing environment in time and have stable performance.
