新文科背景下大数据管理与应用专业实践能力培养体系探究

Research on the Practical Ability Training System of Big Data Management and Application Specialty in the Context of New Liberal Arts

新文科背景下,传统的文科人才培养模式遇到了新的挑战,同时也迎来了新的发展契机。在更加强调“实践培养人才”的新文科体系中,理论教学需要更多地结合实践,实践教学环节也将得到更多的关注。在调研大数据行业人才需求的基础上,分析了大数据管理与应用专业实践能力培养体系的现状及存在的问题,从明确实践能力培养目标、优化实践教学体系、建设实践教学教材、加强师资队伍建设、整合实践教学资源及建立多元评价体系六个方面提出了大数据管理与应用专业人才实践能力培养的途径,以期培养出具有实践能力与创新能力的复合型大数据人才。

Under the background of New Liberal Arts,the traditional training mode of liberal arts talents has encountered new challenges,but also ushered in new development opportunities.In the New Liberal Arts system with more emphasis on"practice",theoretical teaching needs to be more combined with practice,and the practice teaching link will also receive more attention.On the basis of investigating the talent demand of the big data industry,the article analyzes the current situation and existing problems in the practical ability training system of the big data management and application specialty,and puts forward the approaches to the training of practical ability in big data management and application specialty from six aspects:defining the training goal of practical ability,optimizing the practical teaching system,building practical teaching materials,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,integrating practical teaching resources,and establishing a diversified evaluation system,with a view to cultivating composite big data talents with practical ability and innovation ability.
