基于数据挖掘分析方朝晖教授治疗寻常痤疮脾胃湿热证用药规律

Professor Fang Zhaohui′s medication rules in treating acne vulgaris due to dampness-heat in spleen and stomach based on data mining analysis

目的:分析方朝晖教授应用中药治疗寻常痤疮脾胃湿热证的用药规律,并凝练其诊治寻常痤疮的经验。方法:收集2018年4月—2021年4月方朝晖教授于门诊治疗527例寻常痤疮脾胃湿热证患者中药处方。通过数据挖掘方法中的关联规则、复杂网络等分析中药关联及核心处方等情况。结果:本研究纳入处方527张,包含中药169种;其中蒲公英、炙甘草、地肤子、土茯苓、防风使用频率超过60%;复杂网络图显示蒲公英、地肤子、蝉蜕、炙甘草、白花蛇舌草、土茯苓、防风、紫花地丁为核心药物;中药关联规则置信度>85%、支持度>20%以上者为蒲公英→紫花地丁,蒲公英→陈皮,蒲公英→金银花,蒲公英→紫花地丁、防风等。结论:基于数据挖掘技术方法,较好总结方朝晖教授应用轻灵的清热解毒药为主药,兼祛风、除湿、活血、止痒治疗寻常痤疮脾胃湿热证的学术思想。

Objective:To analyze the Prof.Fang Zhaohui′ s medication rules in treating acne vulgaris due to dampness-heat in spleen and stomach with Chinese medicines and to summarize his experience in treating acne vulgaris.Methods:527 prescriptions of acne vulgaris with spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome treated by Prof.Fang Zhaohui in the outpatient department from April 2018 to April 2021 were collected.The association rules and complex network in data mining method were used to analyze the situation of Chinese medicines association and core prescription.Results:527 prescriptions containing 169 drugs were included in this study.Among them,the frequency of use of Pugongying,Zhigancao,Difuzi,Tufuling and Fangfeng was more than 60%;the complex network diagram showed that the core drugs were Pugongying,Difuzi,Chantui,Zhigancao,Baihuasheshecao,Tufuling,Fangfeng and Zihuadiding;the Chinese medicines association rules with reliability >85% and support >20% were Pugongying →Zihuadiding,Pugongying →Chenpi,Pugongying →Jinyinhua,Pugongying →Zihuadiding and Fangfeng,etc.Conclusion:The method based on data mining technology can better summarize Prof.Fang Zhaohui′s academic thoughts on treating the acne vulgaris due to dampnessheat in spleen and stomach,which is mainly based on heat-clearing and detoxifying drugs,and has the functions of dispelling wind,eliminating dampness,activating blood and relieving itching.
