“寒入血室”探骊

Exploration of“cold invading blood chamber”

采用文献法对历代典籍进行梳理,探究古籍中对“寒入血室”的记载和辨治,比较“寒入血室”与“寒凝胞宫”和“冲任虚寒”等其他相似概念的区别。“寒入血室”滥觞于内经、伤寒时代,初步形成于晋唐两宋时代,首见于明代丁凤《医方集宜》,发展于明清及近现代,与“寒凝胞宫“”冲任虚寒”等概念有所区别,形成以月经骤停、腹痛为主症,温通为主要治法,桂枝桃仁汤为主方的辨治体系。初步厘清了“寒入血室”概念的源流、内涵与辨治,为中医妇科临证提供指导和借鉴。

The literature method is adopted to sort out the ancient books,explore the records and differentiation of“cold invading blood chamber”in ancient books,and compare the differences between“cold invading blood chamber”and other similar concepts such as“cold coagulated in uterus”and“Chong Ren deficiency cold”.The concept of“cold invading blood chamber”originated in the Neijing and Typhoid Periods,initially forms in the Jin,Tang and Song Dynasties,and first appears in Ding Feng′ s Yifang Jiyi in the Ming Dynasty,and develops in the Ming and Qing Dynasties and modern times,differing from the concepts of“cold coagulated in uterus”and“Chong Ren deficiency cold”.It is characterized by abrupt cessation of menstruation and abdominal pain as the main symptoms,warming and dredging as the main treatment method,and Guizhi Taoren Decoction as the main formula.This paper initially clarifies the origin,connotation and differentiation of “cold invading blood chamber”,and provides guidance and reference for clinical evidence in TCM gynecology.
