加味甘草泻心汤治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡55例疗效观察

Treatment of 55 cases of recurrent Aphthous ulcer with modified Gancao Xiexin Decoction

目的:观察加味甘草泻心汤治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将55例复发性阿弗他溃疡患者随机分为中药组和对照组。中药组每日给予口服加味甘草泻心汤颗粒1剂,持续14 d;对照组每次给予口服维生素C片0.1 g和复合维生素B片0.1 g,每日3次,持续14 d。治疗后,中药组分别与对照组及自身治疗前比较平均溃疡期、平均疼痛指数、6个月内总间歇时间、6个月内总溃疡个数。结果:中药组治疗后平均溃疡、平均疼痛指数、6个月内总间歇时间、6个月内总溃疡个数与对照组治疗后及本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味甘草泻心汤治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Gancao Xiexin decoction on recurrent Aphthous ulcer.Methods:55 patients with recurrent Aphthous ulcer were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and control group.The traditional Chinese medicine group was orally given 1 dose of modified Gaocao Xiexin Decoction granule every day for 14 days.The control group was given oral vitamin C tablet 0.1 g and vitamin B complex tablet0.1 g,3 times a day,for 14 days.After treatment,the average ulcer period,average pain index,total interval time within6 months and total number of ulcers within 6 months were compared between the TCM group and the control group.Results:Compared with the control group after treatment and itself before treatment,the average ulcer period,average pain index,total interval time within 6 months and total number of ulcers within 6 months were significantly improved(P <0.05).Conclusion:The modified Gancao Xiexin Decoction has obvious effect and advantage in the treatment of recurrent Aphthous ulcer.
