基于计划行为理论的中医规范化培训住院医师的中医经典学习意愿研究

Study on the willingness of standardized training residents to learn classics of Chinese medicine based on the theory of planned behavior

目的:以计划行为理论为基础,调查中医规范化培训住院医师的中医经典学习意愿现状,分析其影响因素。方法:编制一般人口资料和计划行为理论问卷对中医规范化培训住院医师进行问卷评定,分析中医规范化培训住院医师的中医经典学习意愿的影响因素。结果:(1)共发放327份调查问卷,得到有效调查问卷321份,其中23.1%(n=77例)中医规范化培训医师的中医经典学习意愿不强。(2)环境和价值感知、主观规范及知觉行为控制均正向影响中医规范化培训住院医师的中医经典学习意愿(P<0.05),其中主观规范的影响作用最大(r=3.458,P<0.01),且三者之间彼此正向影响(P<0.05)。结论:当前中医规范化培训住院医师的中医经典学习意愿仍有不足,计划行为理论可以提高中医规范化培训住院医师的中医经典学习意愿。

Objective:To investigate the learning willingness of standardized training residents to learn classics of Chinese medicine based on the theory of planned behavior and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A general demographic profile and a Theory of Planned Behavior questionnaire were compiled to assess TCM standardized training residents and the factors influencing the willingness of TCM residents in standardized TCM training to learn TCM classics were analyzed.Results:(1)A total of 327 questionnaires were sent out,and 321 effective questionnaires were obtained,among which 23.1%(n=77 cases)of TCM standardized training physicians did not have strong willingness to learn TCM classics.(2)The environment and value perception,subjective norms and perceived behavioral control all positively affected the willingness of residents in standardized TCM training to learn TCM classics(P<0.05),with subjective norms having the greatest effect(r=3.458,P<0.01),and all three positivly influencing each other(P<0.05).Conclusion:The current willingness to learn TCM classics among TCM standardized training residents is still lacking,and the theory of planned behavior can improve the willingness to learn TCM classics among TCM standardized training residents.
