凉血消疕丸联合糠酸莫米松软膏治疗玫瑰糠疹临床研究

Clinical Observation of Liangxue Xiaobi Pills Combined with Mometasone Furoate Ointment in Treating Piyriasis Rosea

目的:观察凉血消疕丸联合糠酸莫米松软膏治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效。方法:筛选自2020年10月-2021年10月在湖南中医药大学第一附属医院就诊的玫瑰糠疹血热风盛型患者63例,进行随机分组,治疗组给予凉血消疕丸口服,同时外涂糠酸莫米松软膏,每日1次,对照组予以糠酸莫米松软膏外涂,观察期为4周,每周随访患者并记录治疗结果。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,治疗时间较对照组缩短。结论:凉血消疕丸联合糠酸莫米松软膏对治疗玫瑰糠疹有效,同时可以缩短治疗时间。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Liangxue Xiaobi Pill combined with mometasone furoate ointment on pityriasis rosea.Methods:From October 2020 to October 2021 in the First Hospital Affiliated to Hunan University of Chinese Medicine, 63 patients with pityriasis rosea with excessive blood and hot air were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was given Liangxue Xiaobi Pill orally and mometasone furoate ointment once a day, while the control group was not given Liangxue Xiaobi Pill orally.The observation period was 4 weeks, and the treatment results of patients were followed up every week.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the treatment time was shorter than that of the control group.Conclusion:Liangxue Xiaobi Pill combined with mometasone furoate ointment is effective in treating pityriasis rosea, and it can also shorten the treatment time.
