PRP联合中药凉血五花汤治疗激素依赖性皮炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of PRP Combined with Liangxue Wuhua Decoction in Treatment of Hormone-Dependent Dermatitis

目的:观察PRP(富血小板血浆)联合凉血五花汤治疗激素依赖性皮炎的近期治疗效果及远期疗效。方法:选取激素依赖性皮炎患者,依据不同的治疗方案将研究对象分为观察组(28例)和对照组(30例),对照组予凉血五花汤加减口服,在保湿基础上外用牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予PRP治疗,比较两组的临床评分、VISIA分值及不良反应,12周后对患者进行微信随访,记录复发率。结果:两组患者治疗前后临床症状积分比较,均具有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组治疗后VISIA红斑区域均具有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组纹理具有统计学差异(P<0.05),而对照组纹理分值无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组及对照组的临床总有效率分别为96.43%、80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组。12周后随访,两组患者中,对照组有1例复发,两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论:PRP联合凉血五花汤比单独凉血五花汤药物治疗疗效更好。说明PRP是一种具有较高安全性,且整体疗效较好的治疗方法,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the short-term and long-term therapeutic effects of PRP(Platelet-rich plasma) combined with Liangxue Hua Decoction in the treatment of hormone-dependent dermatitis.Methods:Matching of guizhou university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital dermatology clinics to hormone-dependent dermatitis patients group as the investigation object, according to their different treatment will examine objects were divided into observation group(28 cases) and control group(30 cases) and control group in cold blood about tonga subtraction oral, based on moisture to the group of bovine basic fibroblast growth factor for external use only, The observation group was additionally treated with PRP on the basis of the control group, and the clinical scores, VISIA scores and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.After 12 weeks, the patients were followed up via wechat, and the recurrence rate was recorded.Results:After treatment, the clinical scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),the erythema area of VISIA in the two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05),and the texture of the observation group was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the texture score of the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 96.43% and 80.00%,respectively, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The observation group was better than the control group.After 12 weeks of follow-up, there was 1 relapse in the control group, and no obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:PRP combined with Liangxue Wuhua Decoction is better than the drug treatment of Liangxue Wuhua Decoction.PRP is a relatively safe and effective treatment method, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
