美宝湿润烧伤膏联合一次性肛周脓肿根治术治疗肛周脓肿临床观察

Clinical Observation of MEBO Combined with One-Time Radical Resection of Perianal Abscess in the Treatment of Perianal Abscess

目的:观察美宝湿润烧伤膏联合一次性肛周脓肿根治术治疗肛周脓肿的临床效果。方法:选取肛周脓肿患者60例,观察组、对照组各30例,按随机数字表法分组,观察组在一次性肛周脓肿根治术基础上应用美宝湿润烧伤膏进行术后换药,对照组在同种术式基础上采用雷夫诺尔纱条换药。结果:两组患者总治愈率均为100%,观察组患者有效率为83%,优于对照组的57%,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中观察组患者疼痛缓解情况优于对照组,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在创面生长过程中,观察组患者创面分泌物渗出情况为(2.83±0.64)分,优于对照组的(4.06±1.01)分;创面分泌物细菌培养阳性率观察组患者为16.7%,低于对照组的53.3%;创面肉芽组织生长情况改善率观察组患者为67%,高于对照组的27%,结果均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:一次性肛周脓肿根治术存在治疗周期长,患者疼痛明显,应用美宝湿润烧伤膏进行术后换药,可以减轻疼痛,缩短治疗周期,改善创面生长情况,改善创面感染状态,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of MEBO combined with one-time radical resection of perianal abscess in the treatment of perianal abscess.Methods:Selection of 60 patients with perianal abscess, 30 in the observation group and 30 in the control group were randomly divided into groups.The observation group was treated with MEBO on the basis of one-time radical resection of perianal abscess, and the control group was treated with rivanol gauze on the basis of the same operation.Results:The total cure rate of the two groups was 100%.The effective rate of the observation group was 83%,which was better than that of the control group 57%.The results were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment, the pain relief of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the process of wound growth, the exudation of wound secretion in the observation group(2.83±0.64) score was better than that in the control group(4.06±1.01) score;The positive rate of bacterial culture of wound secretion in the observation group was 16.7%,which was lower than 53.3% in the control group;The improvement rate of granulation tissue growth in the observation group was 67% higher than 27% in the control group.The results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The one-time radical resection of the perianal abscess has a long treatment cycle and obvious pain.The application of MEBO for postoperative dressing change can reduce pain, shorten the treatment cycle, improve wound growth and improve wound infection.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
