王耀光防治慢性肾脏病伴胃肠道症状临床思维探讨

慢性肾脏病(CKD)全球患病率为9.1%,既是全球发病率和死亡率的直接原因,也是心血管疾病的重要危险因素。胃肠道症状(GISs)作为CKD终末阶段常见并发症,早期干预对维持机体营养物质需要,减少机体代谢产物蓄积,保护残余肾功能有重要意义。王耀光教授认为,辨治慢性肾脏病伴胃肠道症状时需重视肾与脾胃相辅相成的关系,针对胃肠道症状,应灵活运用急则治标的原则,提出了“轻可去实、以通为补”的治法。结合临证经验,王教授认为,缓解胃肠道症状是延缓肾功能恶化的重要一环,可有效改善患者生活质量。

Chronic kidney disease(CKD) has a global prevalence of 9.1%,both as a direct cause of global morbidity and mortality and as an important risk factor for cardiovascular disease.Gastrointestinal symptoms(GISs),as a common complication of the end stage of CKD,are important for early intervention to maintain the body’s nutrient requirements, reduce the accumulation of metabolites in the body, and protect residual kidney function.Professor Wang Yaoguang believes that the relationship between the kidney and the spleen and the stomach should be taken into account when treating chronic kidney disease with gastrointestinal symptoms.Professor Wang believes that the principle of treating gastrointestinal symptoms with urgency should be applied flexibly, and proposes the treatment method of “using medicinals in a small dose and of light nature, supplementing by dredging”.Combined with clinical experience.Professor Wang believes that relieving gastrointestinal symptoms is an important part of delaying the deterioration of renal function, which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
