小建中汤的源流及应用探析

小建中汤临床应用广泛,该方传承于《汤液经法》(实际文字考证在《辅行诀》),历代医家对小建中汤的病因病机有不同见解,并且通过“异病同治”的指导思想选用该方以治疗中气虚弱所导致的一系列病症。通过查阅古今文献,对小建中汤的源流、方名、古今见解及临证运用进行考证,以指导临床用药。

Xiaojianzhong Decoction is widely used in clinical practice.This paper researches the origin, name, ancient books, modern articles and clinical application of Xiaojianzhong Decoction to guide future clinical treatment by consulting ancient and modern literature.The source of Xiaojianzhong Decoction is inherited from Tang Ye Jing Fa and textual research of the actual text is in Fu Xing Jue.Ancient physicians have different views on the etiology and pathogenesis of Xiaojianzhong Decoction.Also this prescription is used to treat a series of diseases caused by weakness of “Zhong qi” through the guiding ideology of “treating different diseases with the same treatment”.
