名老中医治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病经验荟萃

Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners’ Experience in Treating Non-Alcoholic Steatohepatitis

非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)发病率逐年高发,已经严重影响医疗负担及人民健康。目前国内外尚无治疗脂肪肝的特效药,中医药在防治脂肪肝方面发挥重要作用,各名老中医对脂肪肝进行了系统论述。通过对相关文献梳理,总结名老中医在辨证论治NAFLD的学术思想及用药经验,以进一步丰富中医对NAFLD的认识。

The incidence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is high year by year, which has seriously affected the medical burden and people health.At present, there is no specific drug for the treatment of fatty liver in China and abroad.Traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of fatty liver in clinical practice.Various old traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) systematically elaborated on fatty liver.Through combing the relevant literature, the academic thoughts and medication experience of various old TCM doctors in the treatment of NAFLD based on syndrome differentiation were summarized, in order to further enrich the TCM understanding of NAFLD.
