复杂性科学下竞技能力系统演化机制探究

摘要 竞技能力是为运动训练提供实践导向的重要方面。当前相关族群理论研究面临平台期,业已形成实践应用速度快于理论探究进度的困局。本文运用哲学思辨、逻辑演绎、类比分析等方法,探析运动员竞技能力系统演化机制,旨在为训练实践提供理论参照。研究认为:通过把握演化机制、系统梳理深层问题,可以有效规避“具象形态化模型”与“抽象概括化模型”的嵌套缺陷,从整体层面揭示竞技能力系统组分之间的交互作用关系,厘析系统合集变化趋势及竞技能力生成规律,对干预训练实践具有普遍指导意义。竞技能力系统演化机制的探究深化了复杂性生成视域下竞技能力发展的训练学理论基础,期望能为指导运动训练实践提供参考,为竞技能力理论研究提供新的分析维度。 As a top-level design, competitive ability provides practical guidance for sports training. At present, the relevant ethnic group theoretical research is facing a platform period, and a dilemma has been formed that the speed of practical application is faster than the progress of theoretical exploration. Using the methods of philosophical speculation, logical deduction and analogy analysis, this study analyzed the systematic evolution mechanism of athletes’ competitive ability, so as to provide scientific theoretical reference for training practice. The study arrived at the conclusions that through the grasp of the evolution mechanism, we can systematically sort out the deep problems, effectively avoid the nesting defects of “concrete morphological model” and “abstract generalization model”, reveal the interaction relationship between the components of the competitive ability system at the overall level, and analyze the change trend of the system collection and the generation law of competitive ability, which has universal guiding significance for the intervention training practice. The research on the evolution mechanism of competitive ability system deepens the theoretical basis of training for the development of competitive ability from the perspective of complexity generation, so as to guide the practice of sports training and provide a new analytical dimension for the theoretical research of competitive ability.
