“互联网+教育”背景下高校体育信息化平台的构建与发展对策研究

A Study of Building College Sports Information Platform in the Context of “Internet + Education” and Development Measures

基于“互联网+教育”背景,应用智能物联技术从“课程教学管理系统”“课外锻炼管理系统”“体质测试管理系统”三个方面构建的校园智慧体育平台,有助于实现“课-测-练-赛-管”一体化,将新兴的科学技术与体育教学结合起来形成有效的无感知数据采集、智能化数据分析和信息化应用的“三维互动”新模式,助推学校体育治理信息化进程,提高体育教师管理的工作效率。经过一段时间的探索,发现高校体育信息化平台的构建中存在优质数字资源少、监管不到位、数据维护成本高等问题。对此,特提出3条改进对策:优化数字资源,建立重点数据库;全面升级信息化系统,加强监管力度;加强技术保障,提供运动处方。

In the context of “Internet + education”, a smart student sports platform is created with built-in “curriculum-based teaching management system”, “extracurricular exercise management system” and “physical fitness test management system” using intelligent IoT technology, on which platform “curriculum-test-practice-competition-management” are integrated. The goal is to combine the emerging science and technology with physical education, form an effective “three-dimensional interaction” mode of non-sensing data collection, intelligent data analysis and information application, promote the information process of school physical education governance, and improve the efficiency of physical education teachers’ management. However, at present, some problems have been exposed such as limited high-quality digital resources, inadequate supervision and high cost of data maintenance. Three specific measures are proposed: optimizing digital resources and establishing key databases;complete upgrading of information systems and strengthening supervision;strengthening technical support and providing sports programs.
