家禽养殖智能装备与信息化技术研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 家禽智慧养殖是指借助移动互联网、物联网、大数据、云计算、人工智能等新一代信息技术,全面感知现代家禽生产要素与生产环境,智能处理、深度挖掘海量养殖数据,实现禽舍自动化生产、精准环境控制、智能化管理的家禽养殖新型业态。在行业需求及农业现代化发展趋势的推动下,新一代信息化技术与家禽养殖领域的融合发展,不断推动产业的信息化和智能化转型升级。先进感知技术、信息传输技术、数据挖掘、人工智能等新兴技术为家禽养殖智能装备与信息化技术的研发提供了新方法。近年来我国在家禽生产信息采集、养殖环境调控、智能化管控等方面取得了阶段性成果,对提升养殖生产效率、降低养殖工作强度、实现家禽养殖行业绿色高质量转型升级有着重要意义。本文根据国内外研究热点及家禽养殖智能化关键“卡脖子”问题,介绍养殖环境精准监测及舒适度评估技术、家禽生理和行为感知及健康预警技术、环境精准调控技术、智能机器人与管控平台等技术装备的最新研究与应用进展,分析了我国家禽养殖行业信息化、智能化发展的薄弱环节与发展机遇,讨论了我国家禽养殖智能装备及信息化技术发展趋势,并就我国家禽智慧养殖未来的重点突破方向提出了相关建议,旨在为我国现代家禽养殖信息化、智能化转型升级提供参考和技术支撑。 Intelligent poultry industry refers to the use of new generation information technologies such as mobile Internet, Internet of Things, big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence to comprehensively perceive modern poultry production factors and environments, intelligently process and deeply investigate massive farming data, and achieve new forms of poultry farming with automated production, precise environmental control, and intelligent management. Driven by poultry industry demands and the developing trend of agricultural modernization, the integration of new generation information technology and the poultry farming in the field is continuously promoting the transformation technology in poultry farming. In recent year, China has made phased achievements in the information collection of poultry production, regulation of farming environment, and intelligent control, which is of great significance for improving the efficiency of farming, reducing the intensity of farming work, and realizing the green and high-quality transformation and upgrading of the poultry farming industry. Based on domestic and international research hotspots and the key technical issues of poultry farming intelligence, this paper mainly summarized the latest research and application progress of technologies such as precise monitoring and comfort assessment of farming environment, perception and health warning of poultry physiology and behavior, precise regulation of environment, and intelligent robots and control platforms. It analyzed the weak links and development opportunities of the information and intelligence of China’s poultry farming industry, discussed the development trend of China’s poultry farming intelligent equipment and information technology, and put forward relevant suggestions on the key breakthrough directions for China’s poultry intelligent farming in the future. The aim was to provide reference and technical support for the information and intelligence transformation and upgrading of modern poultry farming in China.
