摘要
针对电泳车身底盘的部分骨架经电泳烘房烘干后出现电泳漆膜烘干不良的问题,通过对底盘骨架电泳工艺孔的管控,以及对电泳烘房进行改造,如安装出风嘴调整底部出风方向、增加地板隔热层、封堵部分出风口等手段,彻底解决电泳漆膜烘干不良的问题.
Aiming at the poor drying of electrophoretic film in drying room,the problem was completely solved by management and control the electrophoretic process holes to the chassis frame and transforming the electrophoretic drying room,such as installing air outlet nozzle to adjust the air outlet direction at the bottom,adding floor thermal insulation layer and blocking some air outlets.
