Research on Strategic Selection of a Research and Development Institution Based on SWOT Analysis and QSPM

采用SWOT分析与QSPM分析矩阵相结合的方法,通过SWOT分析明确了某研发机构在科研基础、科研团队等方面的内部优势,在课题延续性、课题系统性等方面的内部劣势,在创新环境、行业发展等方面的外部机会以及在行业竞争和网络化运营要求等方面的外部威胁。以定量战略计划矩阵(QSPM)为决策分析工具,对该研发机构发展战略进行定量研究,并提出该研发机构发展战略。

Using the method of combining SWOT analysis and QSPM analysis matrix,through SWOT analysis,the internal advantages of a research and development institution in terms of scientific research foundation and scientific research team,internal disadvantages in terms of project continuity and project system,external opportunities in terms of innovation environment and industry development,and external threats in terms of industry competition and network operation requirements are identified.The quantitative strategic planning matrix(QSPM)is used as a decision-making analysis tool to conduct quantitative research on the development strategy of the research and development organization,and propose the development strategy of the research and development organization.
