摘要
传统的喷射混凝土回弹率测试方法存在代表性不强、测试过程繁杂、测量时间长、资源占用量大且影响施工进度等弊端。笔者经过研究试验借用现行surfer计算机软件,选用三维坐标法计量方法,通过采集隧道掌子面各个台阶喷射砼损耗堆积物体积数据,将喷射混凝土掉落堆积物转换为三维数据进行建模,将数据模型转移到计算机软件中,让软件计算喷射混凝土回弹在地上的堆积体积,从而计算实际喷射混凝土回弹率。试验证明,此方法测得的喷射混凝土回弹率与现场实际回弹率吻合,代表性强,准确率高,且缩短测试时间、减少劳动量,获得了更高的效率。能更精准的找到喷射混凝土超耗的原因,进而为喷射砼的成本控制一针见血的找到切入点,事半功倍。
The traditional testing method of shotcrete rebound rate has some disadvantages,such as low representativeness,complicated testing process,long measuring time,large resource occupation and affecting the construction progress.Through research and test,the author borrowed the current surfer computer software,selected the three-dimensional coordinate method to measure the volume of sprayed concrete loss deposits at each step of the tunnel face,converted the sprayed concrete drop deposits into three-dimensional data for modeling,transferred the data model to the computer software,and let the software calculate the accumulated volume of sprayed concrete rebound on the ground,so as to calculate the actual sprayed concrete rebound rate.The test results show that the rebound rate of shotcrete measured by this method is consistent with the actual rebound rate on site,with strong representativeness,high accuracy,shorter test time,less labor,and higher efficiency.It can more accurately find out the reasons for the over-consumption of sprayed concrete,and then find the breakthrough point for the cost control of sprayed concrete.
