摘要
基于车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、冻融循环试验、四点弯曲疲劳试验,研究水泥掺量对掺花岗岩复合集料SMA混合料路用性能及疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:掺加水泥明显改善花岗岩复合集料SMA混合料的高温稳定性和降低车辙试验动稳定度对环境温度的敏感性;掺加1%~4%水泥可明显改善花岗岩复合集料SMA混合料的抗裂性能,同时增强SMA混合料的抗水损害耐久性和抗疲劳耐久性。但过多的水泥因分散不均匀导致花岗岩复合集料路用性能的增强作用不增反减,推荐适宜的水泥掺量为2%~3%。
The effect of cement content on road performance and fatigue performance of granite composite aggregate SMA mixture was studied based on rutting test,low temperature bending test,freeze-thaw cycle test and four-point bending fatigue test.The test results show that the addition of cement obviously improves the high temperature stability of the granite composite aggregate SMA mixture and reduces the sensitivity of the dynamic stability of the rutting test to the ambient temperature;The low temperature cracking resistance and temperature performance of the granite composite aggregate SMA mixture are obviously improved,and the water damage resistance and fatigue resistance durability of the SMA mixture are enhanced by adding 1%~4%cement.However,due to the uneven dispersion of excessive cement,the road performance enhancement of granite composite aggregates will not increase but decrease.The recommended cement content is 2%~3%.
