传统文化是承载民族精神的重要载体,传承中华优秀传统文化是我们应尽的责任与义务。非遗档案资源作为承载传统文化的载体,加强对其研究与开发,是当代档案工作者的重要任务之一。非遗档案资源在当代面临着生存困境和时代转型的双重挑战,科学有序地开展档案资源的收录与整理工作,是传承传统文化的当务之急。我们要重申非遗档案资源建设与开发工作的意义,明确非遗档案整理工作的内容、目标及突出问题,依照分区域、分民族、分种类的档案整理思路,助推非遗档案资源库的建设,为传承中华优秀传统打下坚实的基础。

Traditional culture is an important carrier of national spirit,and it is our responsibility and obligation to inherit the excellent traditional Chinese culture.As the carrier of traditional culture,strengthening the research and development of intangible cultural heritage archives resources is one of the important tasks of contemporary archivists.Intangible cultural heritage archives resources are facing the double challenges of survival dilemma and era transformation in the contemporary era.It is urgent to scientifically and orderly carry out the collection and collation of archives resources to inherit traditional culture.We should reaffirm the significance of the construction and development of intangible cultural heritage archives resources,clarify the content,objectives and outstanding problems of intangible cultural heritage archives collation,and promote the construction of intangible cultural heritage archives resource library according to the idea of archives collation by region,nationality and category,so as to lay a solid foundation for inheriting the excellent Chinese tradition.
