我国档案元数据互操作的现状、问题和对策研究

Research on the Status,Problems and Countermeasures of Archives Metadata Interoperability in China

档案元数据互操作对档案信息资源整合意义重大。通过分析我国新旧《档案著录规则》、不同格式档案元数据标准、不同门类间档案元数据标准和不同领域间档案元数据的互操作情况,提出结构、语义和技术三个层次的互操作问题,并从重视档案元数据标准制定、切实提高档案元数据质量、加强档案资源整合实践和重视语义本体技术应用四方面提出对策。

Archival metadata interoperability is of great significance to the integration of archival information resources.By analyzing the interoperability of Rules for Archival Description(1999)and Rules for Archival Description(2022),archival metadata standards in different formats,archival metadata standards among different categories and archival metadata among different fields,we propose the interoperability problems at three levels:structure,semantics and technology,and then we propose four countermeasures:attaching importance to the formulation of archival metadata standards,effectively improving the quality of archival metadata,strengthening the practice of archival resource integration and attaching importance to the application of semantic ontology technology.
