“元宇宙”视域下档案馆服务模式新探索

“元宇宙”是通过运用多种技术集成,而构造出的与现实世界平行的虚拟世界。“元宇宙”的出现为档案馆服务模式的创新提供了一种新思路。文章在概述“元宇宙”的概念和基本特征的基础上,构建了“元宇宙”视域下的档案馆服务新模式,提出基于AR技术的交互式服务、个性化应用服务、自动获取服务模式体验。“元宇宙”可对档案馆的服务模式带来积极的促进作用。

The’metaverse’is a virtual world parallel to the real world constructed through the integration of various technologies.The emergence of the’metaverse’provides a new idea for the innovation of the archives service model.On the basis of outlining the concept and basic characteristics of the’metaverse’,this paper constructs a new service model for archives from the perspective of the’metaverse’,and proposes interactive services,personalized application services,and automatic access to service model experience based on AR technology.The’metaverse’can positively contribute to the service model of archives.
