走向艺术的档案策展——“国际档案日”宣传活动脉络的实践观察

Archival Curatorial Exhibition towards Art——A Practical Observation of the Context of the Publicity Activities of ’International Archival Day’

通过对北京市、河北省、浙江省三省市2018年以来国际档案日宣传活动的脉络梳理,归纳出活动具有主题鲜明、主体渐增、专业渐广、形式渐活、合作渐深、技术渐新、艺术渐强的特点。认为构建以国家综合档案馆为主体的多层级档案宣传主体、秉承寓教于乐原则,注重固定展览内容的延续性和形式的多样性、深耕地方特色打造档案文化名片、增强创新意识和艺术性,活用“艺术搭台,档案唱戏”,以人民群众喜闻乐见的方式,开辟档案宣传新境界,将是今后“国际档案日”宣传活动的趋势和方向。

By sorting out the publicity activities for International Archives Day since 2018 in Beijing, Hebei, and Zhejiang provinces, the author concluded the activities are characterized by distinct themes, increasing subjects,expanding professions, activating forms, deepening cooperation, updating technology, and strengthening art. The author proposes that the direction of the International Achieves Day publicity activities in the future should take the National Comprehensive Archives as the main body, build multi-level archives publicity, adhere to the principle of edutainment, pay attention to the continuity of the fixed exhibition content and the diversity of forms, deeply cultivate local characteristics to create archives cultural business cards, enhance the sense of innovation and artistry, make flexible use of the ’Art sets the stage for Archives to play’, and open up a new realm of archival publicity in a way that people like.
