通过试验及分析,影响抹灰砂浆拉伸粘结强度检测准确性的因素主要有成型框的种类、水泥砂浆块基材的界面粗糙程度、成型时插捣的均匀程度、钢制夹具与抹灰砂浆粘结的充分程度等。
Through the tests and the analysis, the main factors affecting the testing accuracy of tensile bond strength of plastering mortar are the type of sampling frame, the interfacial roughness of the cement-mortar-block base, the uniformity of tamping during forming, the full bonding between steel fixture and plastering mortar, and so on.
