摘要 当前,中国的城市综合管廊工程基本上都采用了钢筋混凝土结构,它有着应用广泛、标准体系成熟、寿命长等较为明显的优点,但同时也存在造价高、工期长、易渗漏、砂石料的大量使用影响生态环保、施工污染、对基础要求高、对地质状况敏感等缺点。为解决钢筋混凝土综合管廊存在的问题,装配式钢制管廊在国内逐步开始兴起,研究并推广装配式钢制管廊施工具有宝贵的指导意义。 The current urban comprehensive pipe gallery project in China adopts a reinforced concrete structure,which has obvious advantages such as wide use, mature standard system and long service life. However, this method has a high cost, long construction period, easy leakage and a large amount of sand and gravel. These characteristics affect ecology, cause construction pollution, have high requirements for foundations, and are sensitive to geological conditions. To solve the problems existing in the reinforced concrete comprehensive pipe gallery, the prefabricated steel pipe gallery has gradually started to rise in China. It is of valuable guiding significance to study and promote the construction of the prefabricated steel pipe gallery.
