乡村民宿是乡村地区产业创新发展的一种模式,也是推动乡村振兴的重要途径。文章通过统计调查、问卷调查和实地访谈等方式,分析南京市乡村民宿的发展现状和存在问题,并从产业、经营、主题、保障等方面提出发展策略。

Rural homestay is a typical mode of industrial innovation and development modes in rural areas, and also an important way to promote rural revitalization. Utilizing the statistical survey, questionnaire survey, and interview, the paper analyzes the current development status and existing problems of rural homestays in Nanjing and puts forward development strategies in terms of industry, operation, theme, and guarantee.
